Shared account access is here! Creating and collaborating events in CompassTix has never been easier! You now have the ability to add relevant staff to access, edit and review your events before publishing.
Organiser -The main account holder, with access to all areas of the account.
Collaborator -Access to all areas, except for changing bank details.
View Only -Has view only access to all areas, is unable to perform actions other than check in event goers.
Usher App -Has access to check users in from Usher App only.

With varying levels of access you have full control of what your team can access:
Login to your CompassTix account and go to Account Information
Go to the second tab, 'Manage Users'
Click 'add user'
Choose their level of access - you can change/edit these permissions later.
Fill in new users name, email address, password and save - The email used must be a new CompassTix user. If you wish to add an email that already has a CompassTix account, please contact our support team or use a different email.
Verify Account - ensure the new user goes into their email and verifies their account.
Once the new user has verified their account they're ready to login and get started!
Recover Lost Ticket page
This page is specific to ticket buyers so they can easily find their tickets! Simply refer the ticket buyer to https://compasstix.com/recovertix.

Go to CompassTix and select 'recover lost ticket' (located in the footer)
Enter the email used to purchase tickets in the last 6 months
An email will be sent with all future tickets purchased
If the correct email is inputted they will receive an email from us with all the tickets for future events that have been booked in the last 6 months. A message pops up if they haven't purchased a ticket with that email.
Short-cut for hosting online events
Due to COVID-19, hosting events has dramatically changed for the foreseeable future. With online events on the rise, we've added in the ability to set these events up quickly with the 'is this session online' checkbox.

By selecting this, you don't need to specify your location address or venue name and it is shown as 'online' to ticket buyers on the event page.
Create your online event and fill in the basic details
Scroll down to step 2 - sessions
Check the 'is this session online' checkbox to mark as an online event
Add an image to your ticket types
This feature is perfect for merchandise stores, such as a Mothers' Day Stall, food orders or uniform shops! You are now able to add images to your tickets to display what each of your tickets/items look like to customers.

select 'add image' and choose a photo - don't forget to save!

Enter booking reference number or quickly scan in the QR code on the ticket via the camera on your phone
